Abstract

This article presents a comparative analysis of three chatbot platforms used in digital healthcare: Ada Health, Molly (Sensely), and Symptomate. Using a qualitative, exploratory, and bibliographic approach, the study evaluates technical, clinical, and user experience aspects based on criteria such a diagnostic accuracy, compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), user satisfaction, technical accessibility, and natural language understanding. The results indicate that Ada Health stands out for its scientific robustness and user acceptance, Molly (Sensely) for its humanized approach through an interactive avatar focused on chronic disease monitoring, and Symptomate for its simplicity and efficiency in initial symptom triage. The analysis reveals that although chatbots enhance access to care and streamline healthcare services, they still face challenges related to privacy, personalization, and usability. The study concludes that these tools hold great potential to complement medical care, provided their implementation addresses ethical, technical, and regulatory aspects.
